Europe regained the Solheim Cup with a 15-13 victory over the United States at Bernardus Golf in the Netherlands on Sunday. Lauren Coughlin defeated Leona Maguire, Lindy Duncan beat Maja Stark and Rose Zhang won her closing match against Céline Boutier, but those results did not prevent Europe from reclaiming the cup.

The United States had entered as holders after winning 15.5-12.5 in Virginia in 2024, meaning a 14-14 draw would have been sufficient to retain the trophy. Europe instead secured an outright victory at the competition's first staging on Dutch soil. The three-day event comprised 28 matches: eight foursomes, eight fourballs and the twelve Sunday singles.
