Walker’s rapid touchdown double keeps Chiefs unbeaten against Raiders
Kenneth Walker scored twice in 19 seconds as Kansas City beat Las Vegas 30-27 to move to 4-0.

Kenneth Walker scored twice in 19 seconds as the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Las Vegas Raiders 30-27 on Sunday to reach 4-0. BBC Sport reported that the result left Kansas City among just three unbeaten NFL teams after week four.

Watch the highlights:

Las Vegas established an early advantage through Kirk Cousins, who found Ian Thomas for a 27-yard touchdown, according to the Raiders' official game report. Patrick Mahomes answered with a short touchdown pass to Tyquan Thornton. Matt Gay then kicked two field goals around a Harrison Butker effort to send the Raiders into half-time leading 13-10.

The Raiders missed a chance to add to that margin in the third quarter. After a Kansas City penalty nullified a field goal, Las Vegas chose to attempt a fourth-down conversion. Cousins could not connect with Ashton Jeanty, handing possession back to the Chiefs. Walker subsequently broke free for a 76-yard run on the quarter's final play.

The decisive stretch came in a fourth quarter that featured three lead changes, BBC Sport reported. Walker's two touchdowns, separated by a recovered fumble on a kick-off return, swung the contest towards Kansas City. He finished with 177 rushing yards on 22 carries, while Thornton contributed two touchdowns and 111 receiving yards.

Las Vegas still found a route back. The team's recap recorded a 20-yard touchdown pass from Cousins to Brock Bowers, followed by Cody White's two-point conversion catch, that reduced the deficit to three. The Raiders eventually regained possession at their own one-yard line after a 52-yard punt, but Cousins' final pass was intercepted as he was hit. Cousins finished the game with 365 passing yards and two touchdown passes.

The Chiefs joined San Francisco and Minnesota at 4-0. According to BBC Sport, the 49ers beat Denver 24-14, while five Will Reichard field goals carried the Vikings past Miami 15-10. Kansas City's next opponent is the Los Angeles Chargers, who fell to 0-4 after a 30-23 defeat by Seattle.
