Vitinha and Ruiz seal PSG's 4-2 Champions League win over Barcelona
Paris Saint-Germain beat Barcelona 4-2 after the visitors twice drew level at the Parc des Princes. Late goals from Vitinha and Fabián Ruiz settled the Champions League contest.

Paris Saint-Germain beat Barcelona 4-2 at the Parc des Princes in the Champions League, with Vitinha and Fabián Ruiz scoring after the visitors had twice equalised. According to the Guardian's match report, Désiré Doué and Lucas Hernandez also scored for PSG, while Xavi Espart and Lamine Yamal supplied Barcelona's replies in a match that remained level until its late stages.

Watch the highlights:

PSG threatened almost immediately when Khvicha Kvaratskhelia struck a post in the opening minute. Barcelona subsequently created opportunities of their own, including a close-range effort from Raphinha that Matvey Safonov blocked. At the other end, Joan García helped keep PSG out during a sequence of three attempts that were blocked or saved in six seconds around the 28-minute mark.

The breakthrough arrived in the 37th minute. João Neves recovered possession following an attempted chipped clearance by Yamal, and the ball reached Doué. He moved inside before finishing low inside the post. PSG carried that advantage into half-time and threatened again after the interval, with García making another close-range save from Doué following a pass by Vitinha.

Barcelona drew level in the 54th minute through Espart, who advanced through the left side of PSG's defence and struck a shot that went in off Safonov's hands. The Guardian reported that it was the 19-year-old's first European goal and only the second of his career. Barcelona then made a triple substitution, with Rodri among the players introduced, and began enjoying more possession and territory.

PSG regained the lead after another attack involving Doué. His cross found Ruiz, whose close-range attempt struck the post. From the ensuing corner, Hernandez headed into the top corner. That advantage lasted six minutes before Yamal brought Barcelona level again, cutting in from the right and lifting his finish towards the near post to make it 2-2.

The visitors' second equaliser was followed by another PSG goal just two minutes later. Vitinha met a bouncing ball near the edge of the penalty area with a first-time shot to restore the hosts' lead. Ruiz then scored four minutes from the end, completing the scoring and leaving Barcelona unable to recover for a third time.
