Gordon opens Barcelona account in Getafe win as Inter and PSG also triumph
Anthony Gordon scored his first Barcelona goal in a 3-0 win over Getafe. Inter moved top of Serie A, while PSG beat Le Mans 3-1.

Anthony Gordon scored his first Barcelona goal in a 3-0 home victory over Getafe as the La Liga leaders maintained their winning start to the season. Gabriel Jesus and Jules Koundé also scored at Camp Nou, according to the Guardian's European football roundup, which reported wins for Inter and Paris Saint-Germain as well.

Watch the highlights:

Gordon opened the scoring in the second minute. The England international, who joined Barcelona from Newcastle during the summer, worked his way past three opponents before a deflection helped his low shot find the net. Jesus doubled the advantage after half an hour, finishing into the bottom corner after Getafe defender Zaid Romero passed the ball to him inside the penalty area.

Koundé added Barcelona's third from a Lamine Yamal cross. The result left the leaders five points ahead of Atlético Madrid, who had won 2-1 away to Alavés earlier in the day. Real Madrid remained third, one point behind Atlético, following their 1-0 victory against Villarreal. Barcelona have won every match they have played this season, the Guardian reported.

In Italy, Inter moved to the top of Serie A with a 3-0 win over Parma at San Siro. All three goals arrived by the 31st minute. Petar Sucic scored the opener in the 13th minute, Hakan Calhanoglu converted a penalty and Marcus Thuram supplied the third. It was Thuram's third goal of the campaign.

PSG won 3-1 at home to Le Mans, although the visitors briefly brought the teams level in the second half. Lucas Beraldo had put PSG ahead from the penalty spot before Louis Mafouta equalised with his fourth goal of the season. Substitute Khvicha Kvaratskhelia restored the lead two minutes after coming on, reaching a rebound first to score.

Maghnes Akliouche then scored his first PSG goal since joining from Monaco to make it 3-1. Nicolas Kocik saved a stoppage-time penalty from Désiré Doué, preventing the hosts from adding a fourth. PSG moved into fifth place, three points behind leaders Monaco, who drew 2-2 at home to Toulouse after failing to retain their half-time advantage.
