Evanilson inspires Bournemouth comeback in 3-1 win at Sparta Prague
Bournemouth overturned a half-time deficit against 10-man Sparta Prague to maintain their perfect Europa League record. Evanilson scored and assisted as the visitors secured a 3-1 victory.

Bournemouth came from behind to beat Sparta Prague 3-1 away in the Europa League on Thursday, with second-half goals from Tyler Adams, Evanilson and Rayan. Sparta's official match report confirmed that the hosts led at half-time but played most of the contest with 10 men following Tobias Guddal's dismissal.

Watch the highlights:

The first-half setbacks came in quick succession for Bournemouth. Lewis Cook missed a penalty before Ebrima Singhateh put Sparta ahead in the 35th minute. Guddal then received his second yellow card in the 37th minute, leaving the home side to defend their advantage with a player fewer for the remainder of the match.

Adams entered at the interval in place of Adam Smith and equalised in the 57th minute. According to Sparta's account, Bournemouth punished an error as the hosts tried to play out from the back. That goal removed Sparta's lead, but the visitors still needed a late breakthrough to move ahead.

Evanilson supplied it before Rayan added Bournemouth's third in stoppage time. Sparta's match sheet credited Ryan Christie with the assist for Evanilson's goal and Evanilson with the pass for Rayan's finish. The result completed a turnaround delivered entirely by players introduced from the bench.

Globo's ge reported that the victory gave Bournemouth four wins from four in the competition and extended their winning run to seven matches. It also continued Evanilson's productive spell: the Brazilian had scored in each of his previous two appearances, against Leeds in a 2-0 victory and Manchester United in a 3-0 win. His contribution in Prague included both the goal that put Bournemouth ahead and an assist to complete the scoring.

According to ge, Evanilson has registered six goals and two assists across Bournemouth's seven-match winning sequence. In comments reported by the outlet, he said he had been rested at the start but remained focused on making an impact when called upon. He credited the squad for keeping its composure after falling behind and said the players wanted to sustain their run.
