David Beckham receives $51m dividend as brands business posts record profit
David Beckham has received about $51m (£39m) in dividends from his commercial business, according to the Guardian, which reported record annual results for DRJB Holdings. The figures cover a business whose partnerships extend across sport, fashion and entertainment, alongside Beckham's advertising work around the 2026 World Cup.
Watch the highlights:
The Guardian reported that revenue reached $110.5m in 2025, up from $92.3m in 2024, while pre-tax profit rose 46% to $65.7m. It said the Companies House filing containing the figures was due to be published the following week.
The payout spans two periods: DRJB distributed $51.1m to shareholders last year and a further $61.6m in special dividends this year, the newspaper reported. Beckham's 45% share brought his total to approximately $51m. The Guardian also reported that he appeared in roughly a dozen World Cup advertising campaigns, including work for Lenovo, McDonald's and Verizon.
The ownership arrangement dates to a partnership announced by Authentic Brands Group in February 2022. Authentic said it would jointly own and manage Beckham's global brand, with Beckham also becoming a shareholder in Authentic. Its announcement set out plans to develop endorsements, consumer products and media partnerships. Authentic also became the largest shareholder in Studio 99, the production business Beckham co-founded in 2019.
One independently confirmed commercial agreement is Beckham's multiyear partnership with Bank of America, announced in November 2025. The bank appointed him an ambassador for Sports with Us, its global sports programme, with a remit to promote its wider portfolio of sporting partnerships. That programme includes football, golf and endurance events, as well as activities intended to expand young people's access to sport.
Bank of America's announcement said the agreement was arranged through Authentic, linking Beckham's ambassador role to the company that manages his brand. It also provided for Authentic Live, the group's live-events division, to support delivery of American events within the bank's sports programme. The confirmed agreement illustrates how Beckham's commercial work extends beyond advertising appearances into broader partnerships built around sporting events and community programmes.
