Lakers Defeat Celtics 118-109 in Historic Rivalry Matchup
LeBron James leads Los Angeles with 32 points as Lakers snap three-game losing streak against Boston at TD Garden.

The Los Angeles Lakers snapped a three-game losing streak with a commanding 118-109 victory over the Boston Celtics at TD Garden on Tuesday night, with LeBron James turning back the clock for a vintage performance in one of the NBA's most storied rivalries.

James finished with 32 points, 8 rebounds, and 7 assists, shooting an efficient 12-of-19 from the field and 4-of-7 from three-point range. The 42-year-old superstar looked rejuvenated after a sluggish stretch, attacking the rim with authority and hitting clutch shots down the stretch to seal the victory.

"Tonight reminded me why I love this game so much," James said postgame. "Playing in Boston, against the Celtics, it doesn't get much better than this. Our team showed great resilience after a tough week."

Anthony Davis provided excellent support with 24 points and 12 rebounds, while Austin Reaves contributed 18 points off the bench. The Lakers shot 47.8% from the field and connected on 15 three-pointers, their second-highest total of the season.

For Boston, Jayson Tatum led the way with 28 points and 9 rebounds, but struggled with his shot selection in the fourth quarter, going 2-of-8 in the final frame. Jaylen Brown added 22 points, while Kristaps Porzingis chipped in 16 points and 8 rebounds in the loss.

The victory moves the Lakers to 34-23 on the season, keeping pace in the competitive Western Conference playoff race. Boston drops to 42-15, still maintaining the league's best record despite the setback. The teams will meet again in Los Angeles on March 15th in what promises to be another classic chapter in this legendary rivalry.
