Darius Garland

Darius Garland grew up in Gary, Indiana, where he was recognized for his exceptional basketball skills from a young age. After a stellar high school career at Brentwood Academy, he committed to Vanderbilt University. Despite an injury-shortened freshman season, he left a lasting impression with his shooting and playmaking skills. Garland declared for the NBA draft after his freshman year and was selected 5th overall by the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2019. Since entering the league, he has developed into one of the key players for the Cavaliers, especially during their recent playoff runs.
